Set up your GuardianOne
Welcome to GuardianOne by Ezybandz. This page will guide you through downloading the app, activating your device and completing your medical profile.
Step 1 — Download the app
Download the Ezybandz app from the App Store or Google Play.

If the app is not yet available in your region, please contact Ezybandz Support for setup assistance.
Step 2 — Create your account or sign in
Open the app and create your Ezybandz account using your email address. If you already have an account, sign in using your existing details.
Step 3 — Activate your GuardianOne
Once signed in, follow the in-app setup instructions to activate your GuardianOne.
You will be asked to scan the QR code on your GuardianOne device. This links your device to your account and allows your medical profile to be connected to your GuardianOne.
Step 4 — Complete your medical profile
Add important information that may help in an emergency, including:

Name

Emergency contacts
-
Medical conditions
-
Allergies
-
Medications
-
Blood type
-
Other important care notes
You can update this information at any time.
Step 5 — Add emergency contacts or caregivers
Add the people you want notified if an SOS alert, fall alert or other safety event occurs.
Emergency contacts do not need to download the app to receive an alert. They can receive a secure SMS link with incident details when an alert is triggered.
Step 6 — Confirm your plan
Follow the prompts to confirm your GuardianOne plan or subscription. If your device was supplied through a provider, follow the instructions provided by your care organisation or Ezybandz representative.
