Ezybandz understands that navigating NDIS funding options can be confusing. Here’s a breakdown of the three ways to claim your Ezybandz purchase:
1. Self-Managed NDIS:
- Purchase directly from ezybandz: Pay for your Ezybandz GuardianOne device upfront.
- Claim reimbursement: Submit a claim through the NDIS MyPlace Portal to recoup the cost.
2. NDIS Agency-Managed:
- Plan Approval: Work with your Local Area Coordinator, Planner, or Support Coordinator to ensure your ezybandz purchase is included in your NDIS plan.
- Funding Details: Provide ezybandz with the following information:
- Support Budget/Category: The specific category designated for your purchase (e.g., Assistive Technology).
- Budget Line Item Number: The unique identifier for your allocated funds within the budget category.
- Direct Claim (Possible): In some cases, Ezybandz may claim directly from your $1,500 Assistive Technology budget or Consumables budget (for low-risk, low-cost assistive technology).
